That’s right…Audi has just released details on the new 2026 A6 model, set to be released in the second half of 2025!

Here’s What We Know So Far About the New Audi A6 For Sale…
The new Audi A6 will enter a new era in 2026, complete with styling elements that blend the modern design we know and love with a traditional sedan body. Upon first look, the style bears a visual resemblance to its electric counterpart, the A6 e-tron. However, upon closer inspection, the new A6 is longer and broader than the e-tron, with a 0.9-inch shorter wheelbase.
Power and Performance
The new Audi A6 will feature a 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged engine, capable of producing 362 horsepower, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Audi's signature Quattro all-wheel drive system.
The new A6 is set to offer an optional adaptive air-spring suspension system, as well as a rear-wheel steering system.
The Audi A6 Interior: Designed to Impress
Fans of the A6 e-Tron interior may feel right at home behind the wheel of the 2026 A6. The interior layouts of the e-tron and the soon-to-be-released model are relatively similar, aside from some minor differences.
The latest model doesn't need to brag about its quality – it allows its design elements to speak for themselves. Almost everything in the interior is wrapped in cloth, faux leather, faux suede, or genuine hides, enhanced only by the large glass roof that bathes the interior in natural light.
Inside the A6, consolidation has been key when it comes to technology, and we don’t mean sacrificing modern features we’ve come to love behind the wheel.
Instead of multiple screens in different areas, one panel now holds both the 11.9-inch instrument panel and the 14.5-inch touchscreen center display. The A6 will also offer a 10.9-inch screen for the passenger to enjoy and an optional head-up display.
…And Here’s What Has Yet to Be Revealed
While many elements of the new Audi A6 have been released, there are still questions that remain unanswered. One of which, and probably the most important, is the price tag and trim levels.
While some suspect that the traditional Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige models will be in the lineup, nothing has been released. It is suspected that the 2026 Audi A6 price will start around $65,000 and go up depending on trim and optional customizations.
Other aspects that have yet to be released include fuel economy, along with more specific specifications.
