I visited Livermore Audi with little intention of buying a car that day; I left driving a CPO A6 home. In sales, Paul was relaxed, professional, reasonable, and informed. The showroom is elegant and comfortable. My car was on special and competitively priced. Negotiations were quick and painless. Paul, indefatigably, succeeded in getting my car at a price I could afford.
As another reviewer observes, the entire team is sincere and works together. I'm skeptical of claims suggesting that the sales team is brusque or inattentive; that wasn't my experience at all, and I saw no evidence of such treatment with others. If you're a serious buyer, they will treat you with courtesy and respect--and Paul will get you a great deal.
In the financing department, Chris was a pleasure to work with. I don't have sterling credit, but he worked hard to secure a loan for me. A week after the sale, I was a bit alarmed when Chris called saying that the lender didn't want to approve my agreed-upon monthly payments. Somewhat inexplicably, the bank insisted on decreasing my payments by (a mere) 20 bucks per month. Achieving that meant reducing my interest rate by 1.5%--for which the lender wanted an extra grand. After I hesitated about fronting any more money, Chris said Livermore Audi would cover this difference--and I walked out with a refinanced contract at a lower rate!
I don't typically write online reviews, but I felt compelled to speak about my stellar experience at Audi Livermore. Livermore may be a bit out of the way for many Bay area residents, but it's well worth the trip. Be sure to ask for Paul!

Purchased a CPO from Livermore Audi. AC (internet sales mgr) was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and the overall negotions and sales process was painless. Carol (finance) was also awesome. She found some great rates and match the rates that I had. Over all, the buying experience was first rate.
Now to the service dept. Matt (service advisor) is wonderful and extremely helpful. Guy (the technician) was very knwoledgeable and knows his Audi's. He diagnosed a problem and he was right on.
I live in Milpitas and I will drive all the way to Livermore for future services and business (even though Stevens Creek Audi is much closer to my house).

The entire team is sincere and works together. From meeting Asif Chaudry on the phone to coming in to test drive the TT and meeting Asif in person, there was no pressure felt and I never felt judged at any point in the sales process. Adam Levine and Chris in Finance were also professional and welcoming. I went from never buying a car from a dealership to purchasing a TT for my wife and and A5 for myself over the span of 4 days. It was a whirlwind experience and I am extremely happy.
Asif (AC) was always responsive and up front about the vehicle purchase. I hope that Asif and I can continue to stay in touch and that I can refer business to him in the future. I have come across many individuals as I am a sales professional as well. His manners and sincerity are of a dying breed. Asif was consistent and responsive. The factor that completed the deal on the A5 was when I asked him to email me the OTD price in writing that we discussed and he did so. He followed the simple principle of listening to what the customer requests of you. Hope we stay friends.
Adam Levine, the sales manager, lent great support to help Asif complete the paperwork. He constantly congratulated me on my purchase and it made me feel great because I had never owned an Audi until this day. Adam, Chris, and Asif all have families and stayed late at work to make sure all was well with my paperwork. I never felt rushed or pressured which is the typical experience at an Auto Dealership. I also hold the personnel at Autobahn Motors near my home in a high regard but in the end Livermore Audi got the business not only for the car inventory but for the quality of people as well.

The experience at Livermore Audi was EXCELLENT!! ...I can't say enough about our salesperson, "A.C." -- (Asif), my husband started requesting an A3 throughout the Bay Area & AC was the only one who was responsive, consistent, not pushy (which we were happy about) about finding us & selling us a car! He found one for us (that met all of our requirements, if not more) in So. Cal & it was ours 5 days later!

We just bought a new car from AC (Asif Chaudhry) this past weekend. He and the rest of the sales team were extremely helpful and willing to work with us, exhibiting great customer service.
We had originally wanted to buy from Audi Stevens Creek, given that we live much closer to that dealership. However, when test driving a car, the salesman there was completely disrespectful to my wife. While his mindset must've been stuck in the 60s, he didn't realize that we are a young, successful couple and that my wife makes many of the buying decisions.
What a contrast in dealing with AC. We were so impressed with his flexibility and follow-through that we'll surely come back to him and the Livermore dealer when it comes time to replace our other car. While Livermore is a bit out of the way, the drive is worth it for the much improved customer service, trust me!

I am writing to let your know that my salesman at Livermore Audi, Paul Przywozny, provided me with outstanding service. I needed to purchase a vehicle very quickly, as my BMW 335i was being bought back for a defect, and I had less than a week to turn it in. I test drove the Q5 at another dealer, but their price offer was much higher than I was expecting. I went through Consumer Reports/Zag to match me with several other dealers in the Bay area.
Paul immediately emailed me, within hours of getting notified, on his own personal time. He followed through the next day with a phone call. Our email exchanges were extremely efficient, with very rapid turnaround, about 10 or 12 emails over 2 days. His first price offer was very fair, but as I had test driven the Q5 at another dealer, I wanted to give that salesman the right of refusal with a close offer. The other dealer's offer was still too high, (and 2 days late) so in the meantime I committed the sale to Paul. The remaining matched dealers called many days after the initial contact, and were not very interested in pursuing the sale.
Paul was always upfront and honest about everything and went well beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy. He even offered to personally deliver the Q5 to my house in Santa Rosa, on his own time, without prior negotiation, as he knew how busy I was, and how far away I was, to make up for the round trip I took to Livermore to sign the papers. Fortunately, I was at Stanford for a conference that day, and could swing around the bay to pick it up myself. I was late due to traffic, but Paul stayed to show me the details of the car, well after closing time. When it appeared that the cargo mat was not there, Paul understood that he had agreed prior to get one, even though in was not reflected in the original MSRP, and he honored that agreement by offering to mail me one at the first opportunity.
Paul is a very intelligent, honorable person, with an excellent work ethic and pleasing manner that will serve him well in any career, and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

I contacted you and set up an appointment for your service department to diagnose and repair my vehicle. I explained to you that the vehicle was running "rough" and almost instantly you advised me it sounded like carbon build up from poor fuel. You quickly processed my paperwork and provided me a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs. Once I received my vehicle back it ran GREAT!! Wow a service department that is knowledgeable and produces A++ service. You also assisted me with some minor paint damage on my vehicle. You went above and beyond the call of duty to complete the repairs and provide me once again, A++ service. My current Audi is the second one I have purchased from Livermore. Your customer service and sales department have proven to me on several occasions the commitment the employees have towards customer service. Although, I do not live near Livermore, from now on my vehicle will always receive service from your department. The drive is well worth the professional courtesy and commitment to excellence you have displayed.
