Comments: I always have excellent customer service at Livermore Audi from the time I purchased my vehicle to present. I choose to drive from Milpitas to have my Audi serviced at this dealership because of the quality customer service I receive. It's worth the drive and the price of gas to come here. I have dealt with dealerships closer to my location, but I don't care to spend my valuable time or energy to deal with arrogance and attitude and poor customer service from these other dealerships. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I truly appreciate receiving continued quality customer service from Livermore Audi. Please keep up the great work!

Comments: Another wonderful service experience at Livermore Audi! Sam (service mgr) helped me set up the appointment, and Mike (service advisor) made sure the work went as scheduled. In fact, my car was done an hour early. I chose to stay and wait for my car, as I usually do, which is a great benefit, because I can work using the free wi-fi and be completely productive. Coming out to Livermore from the peninsula is easily worth the drive.

Commens:  My experience could not have been better. A ride back to work was waiting for me at the conclusion of the paperwork. The 5000 check-up was completed early and ready at noon. The car was clean and clearly washed or buffed, and all was functioning perfectly. I'll be back to Livermore Audi for sure!

Comments: As always, the service at Livermore Audi was the best I have ever encountered. The staff is knowledgeable, curteous, and incredibly helpful. I had an unexpected problem with my A3 and they made room for me the next morning and made sure I had a courtesy car so my day was not any more interrupted than it already had been. Comments: Adam Levine of Livermore Audi was a very ethical, caring, organized salesperson. I tried buying an Audi from Santa Monica, Burlingame and could not get anyones attention. What I wanted was not readily available and they couldn't be bothered as it was not an quick sale. Adam tried to find what I wanted and we ordered an 08 to meet my needs. It is only because of him I didn't give up and buy another BMW. I love my A8L and I would send business Adam's way anytime.
